SMS Terms
Effective July 2026
By checking the optional SMS consent box on the booking form, you agree to receive transactional text messages from Phoenix Hibachi regarding that booking.
Message purpose
Messages may include booking-request receipts, confirmations, payment receipts, schedule or location changes, chef-arrival or event reminders, cancellation notices, and customer-support replies. This consent does not authorize unrelated promotional blasts.
Frequency and charges
Message frequency varies by booking activity. Message and data rates may apply according to your wireless plan.
Opt out and help
Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help, call or text (516) 518-3325, or email booking@phoenix-hibachi.com. After an opt-out request, one final confirmation message may be sent.
Consent is optional
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing or booking Phoenix Hibachi services. Customers who do not consent can still receive essential updates by email or phone.
